🤐👩‍💻 Salary Secrets

The lads running the sub-reddit Accountants Éire asked us would we collaborate on a salary survey to help build some transparency around pay packages/roles/locations and we said yes. It’s all anonymous and there is no catch. If you don’t want to fill it in, don’t bother.

I did and think you should. Here’s the link to the form with 11 questions. You can see the answers that were submitted last week on a tab in our job excel.

If you get confused, go to the website and click salary secrets (highlighted in the yellow box below).

Another quick note, we plan to allow you to submit jobs for free and we’ll host them on the “verified jobs” tab. For us to accept a job we just want basic answers like company name, salary range and experience required. The whole reason we set this up 18 months ago was to get that transparency and we’d happily facilitate it for free.
