How much cash would it take for you to move to Meath?🤔💰
Because there's a rocket-ship in Dunboyne doing €150m in revenue and they want you🚀
Oi oi!
A new week, another 20 subscribers. Thank you for forwarding this to your friends. We’ve put a lot of work into it over the last 14 months but it’s well worth it! All we ever wanted to do was help people looking for jobs, to share information and create an even playing field🫡
🕵🏻 Nu Salary, Hu this?
The elephant/secret in the room is always cash.
It’s THE dirty word in ACA circles.
And like all taboo subjects, it’s great when people spill the beans. This week I saw this thread on Reddit that I thought was worth sharing. It’s called “FY24 Ireland Compensation thread” and as you can imagine, it’s people sharing their compensation details. It has 16 responses but more are being added each day. This thread added to our spreadsheet of jobs should allow you to prepare for salary negotiations.
If you’re looking to increase your overall compensation on the next negotiation, the base salary may not be negotiable but maybe the perks are. An extra 3 days of annual leave or better health insurance is something that may be flexible.

Pros of moving to Meath: Dunboyne Castle Hotel and Spa
Cons of moving to Meath: It’s basically Mars
I’m joking. This seems like an exciting job. The growth is unquestioned. I love growing companies because it means growing opportunities. One minute you’re doing accountancy the next you’ve slid into the DMs of commercial and you’re in a big job.

Accountants love accounting jobs, and this is one. A bog standard, good, solid post contract job. I knew you’d like it so much I put another one below.

This seems like the same job but it’s not. It says the energy sector. How we’re not the UAE of wind yet I don’t know, so hopefully one of these companies figures it out while I watch my washing being blown off the line
